Unlike many other training companies, Totally PC don't cram too many delegates (of different skills levels) into the same scheduled MS Office course, forcing some delegates to feel left behind whilst others battle boredom. Such inferior other providers result in teaching delegates many subjects they already know, plus others which in all probability they will never need to use. Totally PC will always endeavour to identify all key knowledge areas required by the individual or group, thereby ensuring maximum efficiency and retention of training.
We work to demand rather than through regular scheduled courses, which ensures that we are always keeping up-to-date with current trends and forever-changing software and versions. Most courses are delivered onsite at clients' premises, which is beneficial to clients who cannot spare their technical or end-user support staff being away from the office in case of business-critical issues.

Training can be delivered elsewhere throughout the U.K. and Europe. Such locations will incur additional charges for travel, however, every effort is always made to keep such travel expenses to a minimum.
